ingredient in tomatoes and tomato products. Lycopene is a strong
antioxidant which helps our bodies to fight against age related
damage. Lycopene is the chemical that gives tomatoes their red
colour; it is also present in peppers, watermelons and apricots.
It is more easily absorbed by our bodies when tomatoes are eaten
in cooked form. Tomato juice is an excellent source of Lycopene.
